State of Health Battery Warranty
Traction EV sources its upgraded e-NV200 battery packs through Bigger Energizer, an Australian-based company. Each pack comes with a 2-year / 100,000 km warranty, ensuring your battery will have no less than 9 bars of capacity (out of 12) on the vehicle’s gauge. Should the capacity drop below this level within the warranty period, Bigger Energizer will either repair or replace the battery.
