Range is dependent on budget and the available space in the vehicle. Our blue shop Beetle does up to 160km on a charge, our latest Beetle conversions go 225km, while one of our newest builds, a VW Kombi, does 350km.
That said, a lot also depends on where you are driving (highway or city), what kind of tyres are on the vehicle, and how much fun you are having!
An EV’s charging time depends on two things: the type of charging system fitted to your vehicle, and the type of outlet you are charging from. DC Fast charging such as CHAdeMO and CCS2 will charge the entire battery within half an hour to an hour. AC charging will charge in six hours.

Typically, vehicles from the pre-2000 era and especially classic collector cars such as Volkswagens have been the most popular for electric conversions. However, any classic vehicle is worthwhile considering converting to EV: Muscle, 4WD, JDM etc. can all benefit from an EV conversion.
While it is possible to convert post-2000 vehicles, proprietary software makes set-up difficult, time consuming and costly unless one has access to Proprietary CAN protocol for the specific vehicle in question.
